CT Carmel participates in the Carmel Taste of the Chamber at the Ritz Charles. This is our 3rd year and were featured in the Current newspaper. This year we had 2 chefs from a local Culinary school who served a gourmet crab salad to participants. Very successful branding event for our franchise!

After months of negotiations with CT USA and MerryMeeting, Feras Mash, Owner of Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel, has signed new agreements with John Davies, CEO of MerryMeeting, restructuring and expanding our current territory as well as acquiring 7 new territories in Central Indiana. These agreements effectively give Adigitek LLC, the corporate owner of CT Carmel, full control over the whole Central Indiana region comprising the following territories:

- Southern Hamilton County: This is CT Carmel’s main territory
- Indianapolis North East Side Territory
- Indianapolis North West Side Territory
- Indianapolis North Side Territory
- Indianapolis East Side Territory
- Indianapolis Metro Downtown Territory
- Indianapolis West Side Territory
- Indianapolis South Side Territory

We will be working the next few years in opening new service centers and partnering with potential franchisees and investors to continue to expand the brand in central Indiana and beyond, so look for exciting announcements in the near future.

As part of CT Carmel community outreach program, we have several rebuilt Desktops complete with monitor and keyboard/mice available for Donations to any families in need. These are computers that have been wiped, reloaded with Windows operating Systems and Anti-virus, tested, and ready for use. There is no charge for these donations, and we maybe able to deliver and set it up locally. If you know of local families that may be in need of a computer please email us at info@ctcarmel.com.

CT Carmel is hosting an E-Cycling event this saturday 4/28, 10:00-3:00. bring your electronics for Free green recycling. Desktops, laptops, printers, parts, and other electronics, and we will wipe your PC hard drive clean. This will be a monthly event on the last saturday of the month. Great public service for our customers, old and potential, to keep our planet clean!

Franchise had a successful display and thousands of attendees that passed by, talked to us, picked up material, and tasted our delicious popcorn that popped from our “nostalgic” popcorn maker:). another successful event and dilicious food, further branding our franchise in Central Indiana.

CT Carmel will be running a special Friday Frenzy 30 second commercial on Fox59 Friday 7/1/ at 9:15 AM.  Commercial features our franchise in action and offers a special half price tune-up through the Fox59 website; so check us out!.  we will be featured on the main page of Fox59.com website for a week.  great exposure and excellent opportunity to gain additional customers.

CT Carmel participated in Carmel’s 2011 Rock the District event where we showcased our services to over 500 people at the event.  We drew big crowds with our face painting family activities.  We continued to Brand our franchise and distributed coupons and promo material to hundreds of people, which included pens, calendars, mousepads, and branded squirt water bottles.  We generated several leads both business and residential, and distributed information regarding our Public WiFi effort, which everyone was excited about.  Heard much good feedback from customers who knew us and others who have seen us or heard about us, which shows our continued commitment to quality and excellent customer service is well perceived in the community.

CT Carmel to display at Carmel’s downtown Rock the District community event, coupled with Carmel’s inaugural Marathon event.  We will show our technology and services to visitors, as well as handing out information about our upcoming Public WiFi deployment in the ART District and beyond.  Stay tuned for exciting news from CT Carmel!
